1. No Refunds for Services Delivered or in progress
Fanogram Digital does not offer refunds for any services once they have been delivered or are in progress. This includes, but is not limited to, social media management, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, content creation, and website development. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that once a service is rendered, you will not be entitled to a refund for any reason.
2. Refunds for Duplicate Payments or Payments Made by Mistake
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made due to a technical issue or error, Fanogram Digital will process a refund for the duplicate amount.

Payments Made by Mistake: If a payment is made in error, please contact us within 2 days of the transaction date. Fanogram Digital will review the request and, if approved, will process a refund for the mistaken payment.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Refund Processing: Upon verification of the duplicate payment or mistaken payment, Fanogram Digital will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
4. Non-Refundable Items

All completed or in-progress services, consultations, and any digital marketing strategies or materials provided by Fanogram Digital are non-refundable.

Any third-party costs incurred by Fanogram Digital on behalf of the Client, such as advertising fees, are also non-refundable.
5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client:

Notice Requirement: To cancel any ongoing services, you must provide at least 7 days' written notice to Fanogram Digital. Notice can be sent via email or through a formal letter to our mailing address.

Immediate cancellation can be effected within 24 hours of placing the order or making the payment.

No Refund for Services Rendered: If services have already been delivered or are in progress, no refunds will be issued for work completed up to the cancellation date.

Early Termination Fee: If you cancel the services before the end of the agreed contract period, an early termination fee may apply, equivalent to the amount specified in the contract or 50% of order amount whichever is more.

Breach of Terms: Fanogram Digital reserves the right to cancel any services immediately if the Client breaches any terms and conditions outlined in the agreement, engages in unlawful activities, or fails to make payments as agreed.

Notice of Cancellation: Fanogram Digital will provide written notice of cancellation to the Client via email or other formal means.

6. Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, all access to services and any rights or licenses granted under the agreement will terminate immediately.

The Client will be responsible for any outstanding payments due for services rendered up to the date of cancellation.

All intellectual property rights, data, and materials created by Fanogram Digital prior to cancellation remain the property of Fanogram Digital until all outstanding payments are settled.
7. Force Majeure
Neither party will be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this Refund and Cancellation Policy if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or governmental restrictions.
8. Amendments to the Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fanogram Digital reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
